| Course Work |
For this course during the semester there are 27 lectures, 10 homework assignments and 4 exams
with schedule on the Calendar page. Students are
evaluated based on the performance on the assignments and on the exams. |
| Lectures: |
The 27 lectures cover selected materials from the textbook and from other sources.
Attending the meetings, taking notes and reviewing the materials are critical to the success.

| Homeworks: |
The 10 Homework assignments will be posted with the due dates at the assignment page.
After being graded, the key will be posted at the assignment page as well.
To do the computing work students need a calculator, Casio fx-300ms for example, that can deal with two samples.
We will also use SAS (Statistical Analysis System) that can be accessed through the computers on the first floor of
the Ablah library, the computers on the right-hand side after entering the library hall.
