Financial Assistance Form

There are separate application forms for admission and for financial assistance through graduate assistantships or fellowships. The application for admission should be sent to the W.S.U. Graduate School. Applications for a financial support should be sent to the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.

NOTE:The department will only consider applicants who have submitted all documents required for admission to the Graduate School.

In order to receive first consideration for fellowships and assistantships, applications should be received before March 15 for study beginning in the Fall and before October 15 for study beginning in the Spring. Late applications will be considered if positions are still available.
