In addition to other materials stated below, international students must submit an official International Statement of Financial Responsibility and have an official TOEFL score report sent to the WSU Graduate School before their applications will be considered. How to apply

An application begins by submitting an official WSU Application for Admission to the Graduate School Office. The applicant should also have two official transcripts of all previous academic work sent to the Graduate School. Unofficial copies will not be accepted. You also apply online by following the links on the Graduate School web pages.

Upon the request of the Dean of the Graduate School, the department then evaluates the applicant's academic record and makes a recommendation concerning admission. Final action and official notification of admission is done by the Graduate School Office.
